STM7 Measuring Microscope
Simple and Highly Reliable Automatic Measuring Microscope
The STM7 industrial measuring microscope can be used to view and measure objects vital to quality control and accuracy at high magnification. The STM7 features a 300x300 mm stage capable of measuring large samples, including 300 mm wafers and printed circuit boards. The X and Y axis measuring areas are of equal length, eliminating the need to rotate samples. The long measuring areas for both the X and Y axes allow for multiple samples to be lined up on the stage for more efficient measurement. Our software, specifically designed for the STM7, is easy to use for both novice and expert users, and Evident – Olympus’s leading measuring microscope technology – offers versatility and high performance.
